Our Pride pledge

As Norwich Pride 2021 fast approaches, Candour is delighted to be a [Norwich Pride Ally](/allies/) and affirm our commitment to the Pride Pledge. We will work with our growing team to ensure we meet this pledge in full.

We hope everyone has a brilliant time at events over the next few weeks, culminating in the big one on Saturday 31st July.

To find out what's happening this year, visit the [Norwich Pride website](/) or download the [2021 Norwich Pride Guide](/2021/06/norwich-pride-2021-pride-guide-for-online.pdf).

As an Official Supporter of Norwich Pride, we pledge our business, organisation or group will be a safe, welcoming, and friendly place for LGBT+ customers and staff. We will visibly support and promote equality for LGBT+ people, challenge homophobic and transphobic behaviour, and have clear reporting mechanisms for harassment and discrimination. We will ensure our staff are trained to understand the experiences of LGBT+ people and how to be a proactive ally.
