35 days annual leave per year (from day one), including a full shutdown at Christmas.
Flexible working
All team members can start their working day at any time before 11 am. We also offer hybrid working options with additional flexibility on request for those unplanned situations that we all experience from time to time.

Profit share
We pay a quarterly profit share bonus, including profits generated by our sister enterprise, AlsoAsked.
