With a first-class degree in fashion management, Fran has a keen strategic focus and a sharp eye for spotting and leveraging trends.

Outside work, she lists a ‘random collection of interests and likes’ including cats, TikTok, beach walks, bubble tea and all types of games (but cute video games like Pokémon especially).
