Jessica Bettis appointed Director of Strategy

We're pleased to announce that Jessica Bettis will be joining our director team as Director of Strategy in 2023.

Just over two years ago, we welcomed Jessica to the Candour team as an Account Strategist. Jessica immediately made a profound impact on our business, with her ideas and attention to detail playing a crucial role in the success of several key projects. In one year, Jessica had made the leap to Head of Strategy.

Over the last 12 months, Jessica completed her ILM Level 3 management training, oversaw the development of our accounts team and as part of her DRIVE project, focused on our mission of continuing to make Candour a safe, respectful and rewarding work environment.

The culmination of this project was an evolution in our HR processes and giving us formal workplace policies for:

• Neonatal
• Menopause
• Maternity Leave
• IVF
• Hybrid Working
• Equal Opportunities
• Adoption Leave

In short, working alongside MAD-HR, Jessica has been key in delivering better contractual benefits, increased sick pay, maternity, paternity, paternal, adoption and bereavement leave for the team.

While taking on this initiative, Jessica simultaneously led work improving our client delivery and mapped out how we can make further improvements with context to the rest of the business.
