ApplinSkinner has rebranded as ‘Candour’

candour definition – the quality of being open and honest; frankness

We‘re excited to announce that as of last week, ApplinSkinner has officially rebranded to ‘Candour’.

Our collaborative approach has been a central part of ApplinSkinner‘s success of the past five years. One thing that consistently comes up as positive feedback from clients is that they very much feel part of the process; that they become a member of the team rather than simply a client.

This, together with our ethos of transparency and refreshing honesty, provide the central tenets of our offering and we felt that our own brand should tell that story.

When we spoke to our clients and distilled their perceptions about what they want from agencies, two main themes consistently emerged: Clients want something ‘beautiful’ from a design-focused agency but they want something ‘effective’ from a digital marketing agency.

Clients want something ‘beautiful’ from a design-focused agency but they want something ‘effective’ from a digital marketing agency.

Over two years ago, we started building our digital marketing team, with an absolute dedication to only hiring the best and most experienced talent we could find. Despite never mentioning that we even offer services like search engine optimisation and Google Ads management on our website, we consistently won clients through the strength of our results and in a short two years became a Premier Google Partner managing hundreds of thousands of pounds per month media spend for our clients.

This team growth has allowed us to close the gaps and put the tools in place between services to offer a coherent ‘full service’ approach. For us, this evolution marked the completion of ApplinSkinner‘s journey to Candour and positions us to offer clients solutions that are beautifully effective.
